No, it is not a “com” port device. It can not used as a usb/serial GPS(G-Mouse).

GP-102+ is designed as a “mass stroage USB device”, it works as a usb storage. No driver is needed.
Can Canmore GP-102+ be reset?

Yes, just press both buttons at the same time will reset the device.
