Q: Can I talk to someone & negotiate a volume discount price?
A: This store is already customized for corporate sales. Most of our customers are business buyers. To simplify the process, we standardized our wholesale discount by tiers. The discount will be applied automatically when checking out.
Q: If my organization needs a formal quotation or Performa Invoice, where I can get it?
A: Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org . Our corporate sales managers will reply you within 1-2 business hours.
Q: How to process tax exempt purchases?
A: Please create an account from our website. (By clicking the “Create an Account” link from the right-top corner of our website, please fill in your first name, last name, business email, password and click the "Create" button. As shown in below screenshot).
After the account is created, please drop an email to email@example.com . Please fill “tax exemption request” in the subject line. Your first name, last name & email in the email body.
When we receive your request email, we will enable the “tax exemption” setting in your account & send you a confirmation email. Usually, the whole process takes less than 5 minutes.
Q: Do you accept credit application?
A: No, we require receiving payment before releasing shipment. This is a no exception policy.
Q: What type of payment methods do you accept in the www.gpswebshop.com online shop?
A: We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and Diners Club. Other than credit cards, we also accept Google Pay and Shopify Shop Pay.
Q: If I have to pay via bank transfer or other payment methods, what I can do?
A: Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org . Our sales managers will reply you in a few hours.
Q: Do you provide warranty?
A: Yes, we provide 1 year warranty for all our GPS products.
Q: What Shipping method will you use? How long does it take to arrive.
A: Our default wholesale shipping method is USPS priority mail(free US shipping). Usually it takes 3-4 business days to arrive.
If you need a faster shipping method(e.g. Fedex overnight), please email to email@example.com for a shipping quote. Please do mention the quantity of the product you are interested in.
