Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- GPSWebshop aims to dispatch all orders within the same or next business day following the purchase.
- In cases of high demand leading to product shortages, there might be delays in shipping. We will notify you if your order is affected.
Shipping Delays:
- Once orders are shipped, GPSWebshop is not responsible for any delays that occur during transit.
Address Accuracy:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
- If an order is lost or misdirected due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will bear the costs for reshipping or any associated loss.
Customs Fee:
-
Customers are responsible for any customs fees imposed by their country’s customs and authorities in relation to the importation of goods. These fees may include, but are not limited to, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes. GPSWebShop is not responsible for any customs-related fees or charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are aware of and comply with their country’s import regulations and any associated costs.
Unclaimed Shipping:
-
If a parcel is returned to GPSWebshop as unclaimed, we will contact the customer to confirm the correct address before reshipping. The reshipment will be at the customer’s expense. Reshipping will only proceed once shipping charges are fully paid. If the customer refuses the reshipment, a 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs related to the issue will be charged to the customer.
Refused Shipping:
-
We strongly advise against refusing delivery of unwanted orders. If a customer refuses a shipment, including refusing to clear customs, they will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping charges, any customs clearance fees, and a 15% restocking fee. These charges will be deducted from any refund due for the order.
