Your P-10 Pro / P-1 MicroSD memory can be recognized as an external driver when the device is turned off and plugged into a computer.
Usually, for a 4GB - 32GB memory card, it takes 10-30 seconds to be recognized by the computer. If the memory card is larger than 32GB, the time needed will be increased accordingly.
You might need to be a little bit more patient to wait for the external drive to show up.
