Account Setup and Lead Time:

If you haven't already, please sign up for a free account on the GeoAstra website. After we receive your order and payment, our administrator will upgrade your account to "Pro" permissions. Within 24 hours, you will receive a welcome email confirming that your Pro account has been fully activated.

Account Renewal:

Rest assured, subscription renewal is not automatic.

We will notify you one week before your subscription expires. If you wish to renew, you will need to place a new order on our website. If no action is taken, your subscription will be downgraded to the free plan.
