ByNav M20 RTK GNSS Module (Triple-band L1, L2 & L5, 1507 Channels, 1 cm accuracy)
M20 RTK GNSS Module is an automotive-grade positioning chip that's very precise and reliable. It's built using a 22nm process, which makes it very efficient. This chip is great for things like self-driving cars, driver assistance systems, drones, smart robots, farming, and making maps because it's really accurate at measuring and navigating.
What's special about the M20 is that it's designed to work well even in tough situations. It can handle problems like satellite signal interference, so it keeps working smoothly all the time. Plus, it's small, doesn't use a lot of power, and packs a lot of features into a tiny space.
This module is based on Bynav owned intellectual property of technologies. It has a compact 54-pin design and includes three main parts: a high-precision measurement engine, a navigation engine, and a safety engine.
M20 is made to handle tough conditions like shocks, vibrations, and extreme temperatures. It meets many international standards for safety, quality, and environmental friendliness. The safety part meets ASIL B standards, which means it's really safe and reliable. It also supports the German TÜV ISO26262 for functional safety, IATF16949 for quality management, ISO21434, AEC-Q100, AEC-Q104, as well as CE, FCC, RoHS, and SGS standards.

Full Constellation and Frequency GNSS Signal Solution: Bynav's REAL (Ransac Enhanced Advanced Location) GNSS positioning engine is a high-tech tool that works with all major satellite systems and frequencies. This means it can give you a very accurate location, especially in cities where signals can bounce off buildings and create errors. It's designed to work well even when there's interference from other sources, keeping your location tracking stable and reliable.
Anti-Jamming GNSS Measurement and Positioning Engine: The module uses a technology called SAIF (Smart Advanced Interference Defense) to block out unwanted signals that could make it less accurate. This is especially important for navigation in vehicles, as it can ignore disruptive signals from things like radars or airport towers. It's powerful enough to deal with interference that's much stronger than the signals it needs to track.
L-Band/CLAS and NRTK/PPP/PPP-RTK Support: This system supports advanced satellite services like Beidou-3 B2b and QZSS CLAS PPP-RTK. These features help the system provide very precise locations, even in areas where traditional GPS services might not work well. It's particularly effective because it uses signals from multiple satellite systems, which helps it find your location quickly and accurately.
Functional Safety ASIL B Compliance: The technology is built to meet high safety standards (ISO26262 ASIL B), making it reliable for smart and self-driving cars. It uses a special chip named Alice and smart algorithms to ensure it always gives accurate information about position, speed, and time, which is crucial for autonomous driving.
