Why does my Columbus P-1 GPS logger turn off by itself?
Posted by jack wu on
If your P-1 happens to turn off by itself in a few minutes, with the symptoms 3 short and 1 long beeps and then lights off, most probably you have an incompatible/damaged MicroSD memory card or non-FAT32 format memory card. You can fix the issue by replacing the memory card. BTW, Cloudisk -32GB memory is incompatible with P-1. We recommend using Sandisk (8GB/16GB/32GB).
